- We have a 15-day Returns Policy that gives you the choice to return items purchased from us so long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags still attached.
- Kindly ensure that the returned item has the box and the outer packing intact. This ensures that the product reaches us safely.
- To return, for registered users just click on the “Return” button against the order in your account. For non-registered users kindly fill the Return & Exchange Form mentioning your order details. Our courier partner shall come and pick up the product. Please preserve the return receipt for later reference.
- Convenience and delivery charges are not refundable.
- Returned items with damages caused by neglect, improper usage or application is not covered by this returns policy. The goods shall be quality checked at our premises before the refund is approved.
- Products that are sold as packs/sets cannot be returned as individual items.
- Refunds of cash on delivery are made through NEFT and for online payments, the refunds will be credited back to the source. The refunds shall be processed within 7 days of the receipt of goods.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed. Return can be requested within 48 hours of the order received and refund will be done through online mode in 5-6 working days.
